If you’re looking for a high intensity workout that will help tone your body and shed fat, this is a great class to attend. Circuits is a high energy and fast-paced class which involves working your way around different exercise stations performing each exercise as many times as you can in a set amount of time. Join in this classic class for a fun way to work out!

Boxing

Old school bagwork, with attitude. Learn to move, think, and punch like a boxer with Ultimate Fitness PT pro fight trainers taking you through this epic bagwork and bodyweight workout. Hand protection under your gloves is a must; bring your own hand wraps or Ultimate Fitness PT can sell you wraps on arrival. Legs, Bums & Tums

This is our ‘non-contact’ boxing fitness workout! You’ll be challenged by exercises that will help develop speed, fitness, agility and power – all designed to improve your skills and stamina.

Box-Fit

Shape up and burn fat as you lunge, step and squat your way to fitness in this ever-popular, fun class using both weights and your own bodyweight. The high repetition based routines will put your legs, bums and tums through their paces in a bid to trim down those areas we love to hate – trust us, your body will thank you for it!

Fat Burn

Spending as much time as possible in your optimum training zone for burning calories and fat, this session focusses on using only your bodyweight in varying styles of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) including Tabata (eight rounds of 20-seconds-on, 10-seconds-off intervals). Expect to see side effects such as burning more calories for longer after your workout and generally feeling awesome! Great if you’re looking to shape up, trim down and seriously boost your fitness levels.

PERSONAL TRAINING

A personal trainer will guide you on how to perform exercises correctly and safely. If you’re new to the gym or new to lifting weights, getting the technique right is vital. When working out alone, you can’t always tell if you need to adjust your posture, position, or range of movement. We will monitor your form during your training and correct you if necessary. I can insure from my excessive experience that we can achieve any goals that we set together.

PROFESSIONAL ATHLETES TRAINING

I’m here to assist you in raising the level of your professional game to the best possible level. That will distinguish you from other professional athletes in your field. Quickness, speed, power explosive, strength, and technique will all be improved in order to make you unstoppable. As long as you are ready to have the attitude of being the greatest, you will be able to achieve the top and stay to the top.

PROFESSIONAL FOOTBALL TRAINING

In our hands, you will be unstoppable and achieve greatness. If you’ve got the correct attitude and determination, you can do all of this. We have the ability to undertake different trainings regarding different positions on the pitch because of our extensive knowledge and experience. It is my job to make you the greatest ever as long as you make the effort to join me on the training and have a champions discipline.
